was also know as like griddlecake or flapjack not to be confused with oat bar
flapjacks is a flat cake which is often thin and round in the shape and it is
prepared from a starch based batter that may contain eggs, milk and also butter
and can be cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan which is
often frying with oil or butter. Archaeological evidence suggests that pancakes
where are the probably the earliest and most widespread cereal food eaten in
the prehistoric societies. And also i can say that it is the one of my
favourite food in the whole world and i would like to suggest all of you to eat
it once it can easily be available in all the local and higher area. Pancake’s
shape and structure can be change everywhere it can be sometimes different.
In England pancakes are in the shape of unleavened and
resemble as a crepe. In North America a leavening agent is used also we can say
that baking powder creating a thick fluffy pancake. A crepe is a thin Breton
pancake of french originally cooked on one or also both sides in a special pan
to achieve like a network of fine bubbles a well known variation is originating
from south east Europe which can be said as a thin moist pancake fried on both
sides and it is filled with jam, cream cheese, chocolate or ground walnuts or
also many other fillings can also be used.
By my experience pancakes is a best and a sweetest
cake to eat it once in a life.
